Our Philodendron Care Tips + Tricks:

Sunlight Samba: These plants love to boogie in bright, indirect sunlight but will also groove in the shade. Direct sunlight is a no-go “Think sunburn at a beach.”

Hydration Hype: Wait for the top 3 to 4” of soil to dry out before giving it a drink, our rule of thumb is close to completely dry for most varieties.

Soil Soiree: Grab a potting mix that knows how to drain. Think of it as the perfect dance floor for its roots.

Humidity Hoedown: While they can tolerate a dry audience, they really come alive in more humid conditions. A misting here and there is like a refreshment break during their performance.

Feeding Frenzy: Offer a monthly snack of liquid fertilizer (contact us for advice on the best option foods) during the spring and summer months, giving these guys an energy boost to keep the party going.

Repotting Rumba: Every 2-3 years, or when it is busting out of its pot, it is time to move to a bigger venue.
