Refund Policy - Hidden Seed Co

We are a small business, and to keep our prices low, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Plants:
- All plant sales are final as these are live products. We inspect each plant before shipping or pickup.
- If you have an issue, please email hello@hiddenseedco.com with photos within 6 hours of delivery.

Non-Plant Items:
- Non-plant items can be returned within 48 hours in their original condition for store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
- Contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival so we can address the issue.

Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if it takes longer than 15 business days.

Please Note that Gift cards both Digital and Physical are only good for 14 Months from the date of purchase.
