SHIPPING POLICY

Please understand that every Plant has special needs and we will take those into consideration before packaging a shipment, all shipping cost must be paid for upfront and delivered priority mail max 2 day service. We do not allow for flat rate charges, you will be contacted with the associated fees/costs for your new plant as soon as possible. All plants shipped will be the actual product pictured, We in no way can guarantee delivery and un-damaged goods. We hope you understand

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We hope you love your new plants and accessories, but should you have any issues with your purchase please contact us.

NON PLANT RETURNS

Returns and exchanges of non-plant items ordered through our online store are accepted within 7 days of customer receipt, with a valid proof of purchase is provided, and the items are returned in good condition (unused, un-scuffed and unwashed). Expendable materials such as potting soils, drainage, plant sprays, fertilizers etc. may not be returned. All non-plant items purchased online are not eligible for return.

FLOOR PLANT RETURNS

All floor plants (10"above) are final sale only. We only send out plants that are representative of the photography on the site, and are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if your plant arrives damaged contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement or refund. If you are dissatisfied for any other reason such as plant size or shape, you are eligible for a swap of the same item within the 24 hour window. Plants purchased in-store may only be returned within 3 days of purchase. If you are not completely happy with your plant and its been more than 3 days but less than 7 you may bring the plant back for a full store credit only.

SMALL PLANT RETURNS

All of our small plants are covered under our 15 Day Plant Guarantee. If the plant’s health declines beyond repair within 15 days, we will provide a replacement. Please reach out for care assistance at the first sign of plant health decline.  If your order is damaged or fails to meet your expectations, please contact us right away. Plants purchased in-store may only be returned within 10 days of purchase. If you are not completely happy with your plant and its been more than 3 days but less than 10-15 you may bring the plant back for a full store credit only.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept cash all major credit cards as well as (Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, Bit Pay) all card charges will have the associated client fees charged per transaction. Please no checks.
