These tropical beauties are native to Southeast Asia and can grow up to several feet long with the right care. If you are looking to bring some fun and easy-going style to your home, a Hoya plant is just what you need. 

"If the name of the Hoya you are looking for is complicated to pronounce you know it’s a cool plant!"

Light: Hoya plants love bright, indirect light, but they can also tolerate some shade. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. More light can also Sun Stress the leaves if that the look you’re going for - cool! Water:

Water: your Hoya plant when the soil is completely dry to the touch. Be sure to drain any excess water to prevent root rot. Tip: leaves will sometimes feel soft and that's when you know it’s time to water.

Humidity: These tropical plants thrive in humid environments, so consider using a humidifier or placing a tray of water near the plant to increase humidity. You can also get away with little-to-no humidity on some of these waxy beauties.

Soil: Hoya plants prefer well-draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Chunky Soil like our Plant Perfect Medium works great on these guys.

Fertilizer: Not truly needed, If your trying to boost growth use a Tried and True food - email us for more info to find the right stuff hello
